Access, timings, whether we can do your date, what to do about the piano. If we can answer it on the phone in two minutes, we would rather do that.

WhatsApp is the quickest way. A short video of each room is normally all we need to price a move accurately, and it saves anyone visiting.
Something has gone wrong
Report any loss or damage within 48 hours of the move so we can investigate while everything is fresh. Photographs of the item and the area around it help.
